Only for the first transfer, we request to fax some documents in order to validate the credit card and owner identity. Once the first transfer has been processed, the user account in the website can access the secure payment gateway, through https. Our fax is a secure fax line connected to a fax server in a closed office, operated automatically. Documents are not printed, but encrypted and send it as an email to our server, through a virtual private network.

How is your credit card information protected?

When you make a secured transfer online, the information given is protected by a secured server. Your credit card number is protected and is only used for one transaction, unless you sign for recurring contracts.

We will not disclose customer personal and account information unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Caribbean Transfers Ltd., our customers, or to prevent fraud.
