To track or claim a remittance:

Email at track@caribbeantransfers.com. Please, specify the reference number and beneficiary of the remittance.
Remittances ordered in any of our agencies:
Please, call the agency, or email us at support@caribbeantransfers.com. You must provide your full name, beneficiary’s name and the agency or city, where you ordered the remittance.
To verify a Caribbean Transfer debit card balance:
You can check your card’s balance using a 24x7 local telephone service. If you are in Cuba, call 835 6444 or 204 4823 from Havana City, or 07 835 6444 or 07 204 4823 from any other province.
If you are outside Cuba, call (537) 835 6444 or (537) 204 4823. You will be asked the Caribbean Transfers card number, your full name, and some other necessary information, requested during the application procedure, in order for us to verify your identity (as your address, ID number, etc)
To report the lost or theft of a Caribbean Transfers card:
Call immediately to 835 6444 from Havana City, 07 835 6444 from any other province or 53 7 835 6444 if you are outside Cuba. The card will be cancelled. A new card will be issued to you, and any existing balance in the cancelled card will be transferred to the new one.
